Farmhouse Chieteno
THE VILLA
The farmhouse Chieteno is a property of about 500 square metres built on two levels with a tower comprising the third. It has been carefully restructured maintaining the Tuscan flavour with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings.
The farmhouse, which was originally divided into apartments, offers guests wanting privacy, several pleasant living rooms with fireplaces and practical fully equipped kitchens as well as a large, characteristic, living and dining room (about 80 sq.m.), with separate entrance, with fireplace and large equipped semiprofessional kitchen.
Right out of the living area there is a wonderful portico furnished with tables and chairs where you can enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners. Villa Chieteno is the ideal place for large groups wanting to share a holiday and at the same time maintain their privacy .
BEDROOMS: 10 (8 doubles bedrooms and 2 twins). NB: All the rooms can, if necessary, be single or double and it is possible to add sofa beds or single beds up to a maximum of 6 extra beds.
BATHROOMS: 9 (7 with shower, 2 with tubs)
PARK AND SWIMMING POOL: the property is surrounded by a large park overlooking a fantastic panorama of the Tuscan countryside. The swimming pool, equipped with sun-beds and umbrellas, is located a few metres from the farmhouse and measures 14 x 7 m., the depth is 1,50 m .
FACILITIES: Satellite TV, DVD and CD player, WIFI connection, dishwashers, washing machine, microwave, American coffee machine, barbecue, parking.
By renting the entire property guests will have exclusive use of the villa, park and swimming pool.
From May to September the farmhouses are normally rented in full; in the other months, and according to availability, individual apartments are also rented.
THE APARTMENTS
On the Ground floor there are 2 apartments with independent access:
Apartment 1 “Archi” - 140 sq.m. (6 persons): large living room (50 sq.m.) with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, one bathroom with tub.
Apartment 2 – “Chieteno 1” - 40 sq.m. (2 persons) large room comprensive of living and dining area with kitchen corner and fireplace, sleeping area, bathroom with shower. The apartment can be made to communicate with the previous one (“Archi”)
An external staircase leads to the First floor where there are 4 apartments with independent access:
Apartment 3 – “Torretta” - 90 sq.m. (4 persons) living room with fireplace, dining area with kitchen, one double bedroom and bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads up to the top floor of the tower with another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Apartment 4 – “Chieteno 2” - 40 sq.m. (2 persons) living room with fireplace and kitchen corner one double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Apartment 5 – “Panorama” - 110 sq.m. (4 persons) living room with fireplace, dining area with kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bed room, one bathroom with tub.
Apartment 6 – “Chieteno 3” - 40 sq.m. (2 persons) living room with fireplace and kitchen corner, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
PARK AND SWIMMING POOL
Palazzo Bello is surrounded by a wide and beautiful park where guests can relax and enjoy a wonderful panorama. The park, with a lawn and high trunk trees, is also a perfect place to organize lunches and dinners al fresco. The swimming pool, equipped with sun-beds and umbrellas, is located a few metres from the farmhouse and measures 14 x 7 m., the depth is 1,50 m.
