Services and Other information Palazzo Bello & Chieteno
SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking use, WIFI, initial set of linen and towels, pool towels, midweek change of towels, final cleaning, midweek garbage collection service, pool and park maintenance.
In farmhouse Palazzo Bello and Chieteno Air Conditioning included in the price.
HEATING: according to consumption to be paid at the end of the stay
EXTRA PLACES: possibility of adding SOFA-BED or EXTRA BED up to a maximum of 4/6 beds in each farmhouse (140€ person/week). COTS for children 0-3 years + high chair €70 per baby per week (Max 2).
PETS: on request €100 weekly
ARRIVAL: Saturday between 4.00 and 7.00 pm
DEPARTURE: Saturday into 10.00 am
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 1.500,00 for the entire villa (by credit card pre-authorization or cash) that is returned at the end of the stay.
TOURIST TAX: € 2 per person per day (excluding children under 12)
SWIMMING POOLS: are open from 25/04/2026 to 25/09/2026 (on request it may be possible to anticipate the opening or postpone the closing).
EXTRA SERVICES: organization of weddings and other events, typical lunches/dinners, home chef, cooking lessons, visits to cellars-oil mills, wine-tastings, baby sitting, midweek cleaning, midweek bed-linen change, transfers from/to the airport, car and bus rental, etc.
All Extra Services must be requested well in advance and confirmed with a down payment.
We are available to evaluate other Extra Services requested by Customers and not included in our list.
From May to September the farmhouses are normally rented in full; in the other months, and according to availability, individual apartments are also rented.
