Farmhouse Palazzo Bello
THE VILLA
Palazzo Bello is a beautiful farmhouse of typical Tuscan architecture, totally in stone and carefully restored, located on a hilltop with breathtaking views over the surrounding hills and valleys, among sunflower fields and woods.
The farmhouse , is built over two floors and is divided into four large and comfortable apartments, all with big fireplaces, terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. The villa that covers an area of about 500 square meters, is perfect for large groups who want to spend an holiday together but not to renounce to their privacy. On the first floor there is a large lounge (about 60 sq.m.), spacious dining room and equipped kitchen for groups. Three other living rooms with fireplace and kitchen-corner on the ground-floor.
BEDROOMS: 10 (8 doubles bedrooms, 2 twins); It’s possible to add sofa beds or single beds up to a maximum of 6 extra beds.
BATHROOMS: 7 (5 with shower, 2 with tubs)
Guests will enjoy the enchanting vista of the surrounding hills from the covered loggia that is easily reachable from an internal staircase at the upper floor; other two covered loggias furnished with sofas and armchairs are located groundfloor on both sides of the farmhouse.
FACILITIES: Satellite TV, DVD and CD player, WIFI connection, dishwashers, washing machine, microwave, American coffee machine, wood oven, barbecue, parking. Air Conditioning in all the bedrooms at extra cost.
By renting the entire property guests will have exclusive use of the villa, park and swimming pool.
From May to September the farmhouses are normally rented in full; in the other months, and according to availability, individual apartments are also rented.
THE APARTMENTS
The Ground Floor is composed by 3 apartments with independent access:
Apartment A - 40 sq.m. (2 persons): is composed by: living room with kitchen corner and fireplace, small store room, one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower.
Apartment B - 70 sq.m. (4 persons): double entrance into the living room with kitchen corner and fireplace, two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and store room.
Apartment C - 90 sq.m. (6 persons): living room with kitchen corner and fireplace, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with bathtub. At this floor, with external access, there is also a double bedroom with bathroom for disable persons.
From an external stone staircase you reach the First Floor.
Apartment D - 200 sq.m. (8 persons): the entrance leads to a characteristic living room (about 60 square metres ) with huge fireplace that gives the property the typical country atmosphere. Next to the living room there is a spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area of this floor is composed by three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and 3 bathrooms (two of the double bedrooms have ensuite bathroom). At the end of the sleeping area corridor, a staircase leads up to a covered terrace where you can admire a beautiful panorama.
PARK AND SWIMMING POOL
Palazzo Bello is surrounded by a wide and beautiful park where guests can relax and enjoy a wonderful panorama. The park, with a lawn and high trunk trees, is also a perfect place to organize lunches and dinners al fresco. The swimming pool, equipped with sun-beds and umbrellas, is located a few metres from the farmhouse and measures 14 x 7 m., the depth is 1,50 m.
